In 2016, the biggest technical meeting for the Brazilian cement industry is back as the 7th edition of the CBCi takes place at the Maksoud Plaza, São Paulo, Brazil, on 20-22 June 2016.

Promoted by the Brazilian Portland Cement Association (ABCP) and Sindicato Nacional da Indústria do Cimento (SNIC), the congress is expected to bring together som 350 professionals from Brazil and the wider region to discuss topics such as  innovations in cement production, increasing competitiveness, emissions reduction, environmental controls, standardisation and quality of cement, as well as new cement types and its applications. The event also marks the 80th anniversary of the ABCP.
