Re routing of Cement Mill outlet ducting

Dear experts,

Cement mill out let is connected with bag filter. Mill outlet static pressure is -103 mmwg. I want to disconnect the mill outlet bag filter and fan for want of power saving and to avoid frequent maintenance. Is it possible to join mill outlet duct at bottom of classifier. I attached the flow sheet with air and mass flow at various points. My basic question is:

Static pressue at mill outlet is -103 mmwc, bottom of classifier is -20 mmwc and CA fan inlet pressure is -254 mmwc in original lay out, If I modify mill outlet duct, is it possible to draw the air from mill .........? Because there is difference in static pressure.

Regards,

BLM

Dear

No power saving by changing gas flow layout as per your system.More power load on separator fan in change layout.
