Iran cement output reaches 58.26Mt in first 10 months

Iran produced 58.26Mt of cement in the first 10 months of the Iranian calendar while clinker output totaled 60.64Mt, according to Abdolreza Sheikhan, Secretary of Iran's Cement Industry Employers association. 

In the Iranian month of Dey (22 December 2013 – 19 January 2014), the country produced 3.97Mt of cement. Clinker production rose to 5.8Mt during the month, an 11.6 per cent YoY increase compared to the same period of the previous year.
