CARRILU inaugurates DRC cement plant09 September 2020, Published under Cement NewsThe Minister of Industry of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Julien Paluka, has officially opened the Carrière de Lualaba (CARRILU) cement works in Kolwezi, Lualaba province, DRC.
