Anhui Conch Cement is planning to build a greenfield cement plant with a capacity of 5000tpd and an investment of US$500m in Ulyanovsk, Russia. Shree Cement has announced that it has won a bid to be supplied with 80,000tpa of coal from state-owned firm South Eastern Coalfields Ltd (SECL), reports the Economic Times.
