Eurocement unveiled its new state-of-the-art Sengileevsky plant in July 2015
Eurocement’s Sengileevsky works launched production in 1913 following the commissioning of a wet-process kiln with an capacity of ~0.13Mta. Over the years, the plant has produced various types of cement: from lightened cement with diatomite in the 1960s to coloured cement a decade on. In later years, the Sengileevsky facility specialised in the manufacture of pozzolan Portland cement. A production high of 0.144Mta was achieved by the plant in 1991.
