The challenging market environment in recent years has prompted cement companies to postpone or cancel capacity projects and look at new ways of expanding their business. Scaled growth, risk control and the avoidance of high investment costs have been key drivers in this different approach. This has led to the development of mini plants such as modular grinding stations (MGSs).
