Ficem-APCAC will host its XXIX Technical Congress in San José, capital city of Costa Rica over 3-5 September 2012. Focussing on the markets of South and Central America and the Caribbean, the three-day event will enable the exchange of experiences and promote initiatives to drive regional cement sector development.
