Refund/Cancellation Policy: If you are subsequently unable to attend, you may transfer your delegate registration to another colleague without penalty. Alternatively, you may request a refund up to 30 days before the event, which will incur an administrative charge of 20% of the total delegate fee paid. Less than 30 days before the event, no refunds will be possible.
