National Council for Cement and Building Materials (NCB), the apex body in India for research, technology development and transfer, education and industrial services for cement, allied building materials and construction industries, is organising this International Seminar on Cement and Building Materials as a follow up of the eleven NCB International Seminars organized earlier, each with substantial international participation.
