UltraTech Cement - July 2015

UltraTech Cement is reportedly in talks with BK Birla-owned Century Textiles and Industries Ltd in a bid to align their cement distribution networks. Despite talks of a possible merger, both companies have made no comment on this. If a merger were to result, the deal would boost UltraTech’s cement production capacity by 13Mta to 78Mta.
