Buzzi Unicem - September 2015

Buzzi Unicem has submitted an offer to acquire the cement and concrete operations of SACCA SpA.

These consist of five cement works with an approximate market share of six per cent, three idle cement terminals and 27 ready-mixed concrete batching plants, mainly in central Italy.  Provisionally, the operations have been valued at EUR74m.
