HeidelbergCement - April 2016

HeidelbergCement is to install a new 4500tpd kiln line at its Schelklingen works in the German province of Baden-Württemberg. The kiln is being made by ThyssenKrupp and is expected to come on-stream during the second quarter of 2018. 

To secure approval of the purchase of Italcementi, HeidelbergCement is proposing to sell that company’s assets in Belgium and operations associated with it.
