As part of its ongoing expansion plans, and hot on the heels of its acquisition last month of Jaiprakash Associates Ltd and Jaypee Cement Corporation Ltd, UltraTech cement has announced it is to build a new integrated cement plant in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, India.
