China National Building Materials Company (CNBM) is one of the investors behind a government scheme to make Ghana a hub for west Africa. The Association of Ghana Industries is believed to on the verge of signing a US$2bn facility with a consortium of Chinese investors to help fund its ‘one district, one factory’ (1D1F) policy, according to GhanaWeb.
