PT Indocement - August 2018


The first half of this year saw Indocement’s cement and clinker sales volume rise by 5.2 per cent YoY. According to the company, sales prices have stabilised and the first price increases have already been implemented. “Indocement continues to pursue strict cost management to counteract the rise in logistics and production costs due to inflation in energy costs and the devaluation of the local currency,” it said in its half-yearly report. In the aggregates sector, Indocement’s deliveries rose by 11 per cent YoY in 1H18 to 22Mt.
