PPC - October 2019

Ms Tryposa Ramano will step down as chief financial officer and director of PPC with effect from 31 October 2019. After eight years with the company, Ms Ramano says she wishes to pursue personal interests. However, she will be taking on a consultancy role with PPC to ensure continuity.

Ms Ronel van Dijk will act as interim CFO until a permanent CFO is appointed.
