Dear Mr. Raj.
i would like to know why the material hard to burn despite the sieve residue 212 = 1.6 % and even 90 = 11.6 %are low
thx so much

Bilal
dear mb14.
your chemistry looks good, and can be better if it is possible to decrease SiO2 and increase CaO, I will suggest you to to reduce AM in kiln feed to 1.15 to 1.25 on trial basis for your higher litter weights, by reducing AM your kiln may look not so clear as early, but, no pboblem you follow liter weights and free lime only.

The said kiln is normally produce clinker of minmum liter weight of 1350 up to 1400 and free lime ~ 1 %. If plant tried to decrease liter weight to 1250 gm/lt inspite of maintaining such higher fineness(+90 mic.=11.6%) free lime get more than 2% . The above said data revealed that kiln feed is hard to burn.Only complete minerological analysis of kiln feed by XRD and Optical microscopic will tell root causes of hard burning.

Dear Mr. Raj
i am diss agree with u cos we have sieve residue of 90 micron = 24.0 % and 212 micron = 8 % and we donot have this problem ( u considerd that 90 micron = 11.6% is high )
