To be brief.

If you want to buy Cement from Direct plant, you have to pay them 7 days in advance by wire transfer, No LC or BG

That is why it exist some trading compant that do work with the plant directlt and resell the cement by Letter of credit and they assume the risk of payment delay.

Also trading companies order a lot for a lot of customers and from diferent plants... So that's why we can have really good price, even better than some plants ex.works price.
