Thanks everybody helped me in the last time.
Now my factory face to face with problems about kiln process. That problems following :
Normally, we have to operate the our kiln follow parameters :
Raw mix : LSF : 100.
SM : 2.55
MA : 1.45
Kiln feed : 275 t/h.
Heat consumption : abt. 780 kcal/ kg clinker.
Kiln inlet : Oxygen : 3%.
NOx : 800 - 1000 ppm.
CO : 0%.
Temp : Meal chute : 850 degree Celcius.
Pyrometer : 1470 degree Celcius.
Secondary : 1100 degree Celcius.
TAT : 950 degree Celcius.
Kiln load : 300 up to 380 A.
kiln speed : 3.5 rpm ( max. 3.97rpm).
Air consumption (cooler) : 2.8 m3N/kg clinker.
Now our kiln running with parameters following :
Kiln feed : 275 t/h.
Heat consumption : abt. 780 kcal/ kg clinker.
Kiln inlet : Oxygen : 3%.
NOx : 400 - 700 ppm.
CO : 0%.
Temp : Meal chute : 850 degree Celcius.
Pyrometer : 1470 degree Celcius.
Secondary : 1100 degree Celcius.
TAT : 950 degree Celcius.
Kiln load : 450 up to 600 A.( sometime it had disturbance, that mean fluctuate too much).
kiln speed : 3.5 rpm ( max. 3.97rpm).
Air consumption (cooler) : 2.8 m3N/kg clinker.
kiln dust and snowmen build on the cooler.
We had to trying for a few days to increase the NOx and reduce the kiln load but we had no result.
I want to ask any questions :
Why NOx reducing and kiln load increasing and disturbancing during every parameters is stable?
The reducing of NOx how to related with kiln load increasing and disturbancing?
How to eleminate this problem?
