Mill Draught

How much Draft( i.e,.in mmWC ) should be maintaine at Mill inlet and Outlet to get optimum production for 5m x 15m ball mill with two chambers.

Pressure drop across mill should be 80-120mmwg.Mill inlet pressure should be slightly negative 10-20mmwg.

Roughly the outlet draught is 30 times ID in mm .And you can calculate by taking the empty volume of mill,residence time of material ,area of mill cross section etc.
