Whether non-equilibrium cooling leads to more C3S than Bogue depends on the alumina modulus of the clinker. With high alumina modulus there is more C3S. Dissociation of C3S and less than Bogue can be a result of high SO3 in clinker or     K2O in excess of SO3.
