There is synchronization  factor between  kiln feed  vs speed . 

  Sr factor  from 52 to 56.

  But your case  kiln feed raw mix  reactivity is high so you want to operate kiln on higher rpm.

  But you can used  

1            130 /52= 2.5  rpm

2.           110/52= 2.1
