What will be the effect of presence of anhydrite along with dihydrite in mineral gypsum on strength of cement mortar?

It will have no affect on strength of cement mortar. The solubility of the sulphate in the cement will be changed and that might require that the amount of sulphate addition needs to be adjusted in order to optimise the workability and water demand.
