Upgrading to grate cooler will have the following major advantages
1. Increased secondary air temp: This will help in reducing the fuel consumption and which might improve the clinker production also to some extent
2. Better early strength of clinker due to rapid cooling
3. reduced clinker temperature
You may contact the cooler suppliers like IKN, polysius, CPAG , FLS etc.. They will study and submit the offer with payback period
