We have undertaken expansion from 600 TPD to 1000 TPD. We are unable to run the kiln at more than 3 rpm. what is the check list to understand the exact problem.

We need to know much more before we could give any response. Why do you want to run the kiln at more than 3 rpm? What have you done mechanically to the drive to try to run at more than 3 rpm?
