we have grate cooler with 8 fans for kiln capacity 2000TPD .we fucing the temp of clinker more than design value(200 degree)and we run the fans with full capacities ,what the solution?

A thorough study (Heat,mass & air balance) should help you to identify the actual problem in cooler & kiln system in totality.
There could be inter compartment air leakages inside as well as outside cooler because of wear and tear of hopper dampers and compartment seals.
It is likely that cooler may be under designed and needs extension of chambers.

You need to find out the competent consultants/agency in your area who can perform heat and mass balance for your kiln and cooler.They will come fully prepared with their tools (pitot tube, s-tube manometers pyrometers etc.) for diagnostic study; physical measurements of clinker is also done.
There are standard book (Perray) which you can use for heat and mass balance calculations
