hello sir actualy before this problem was not found and kiln procduce full capacity then the problem appeared
in the fact i dont know when this blokage happen extaly , i observed when kiln materials collapse happen the all drafts of preheater cyclones changed (cyclones out let draft)increased to negative value we took sample when kiln stop from PC calciner area but we found no alkalies and chloride
add it that the following data are:
type of precalciner is : PREPOL
cunstraction gas duct of stage I extended as precalciner
volume of precalciner: 450 m^3
length : 50m
c/s area of precalciner: 9m^2
type of preheater: DOPOL 90
NO OF STAGE : SIX STAGE SINGLE STREAM
SUPPLYER: POLYSIUS (THYSSEN KRUPP INDUSTRIES)

These ph system Very sensitive to the entry of excess air and thus will decrease the efficiency of separation in these cyclones, which means lack of heat exchange between the gases rising & falling materials. This leads to increase the amount of fuel for the purpose of ensuring the temperature compensated for in the above. This in turn encourages a change thermal gradient from the bottom up to the top of the system might get heated in the process of sintering positions closest to the kiln inlet. In order to be precise you have to provide me with what below :-
1- how many dip tubes you have and in which stages ?
2- how many counter weight valves and in which stage ?
3- do you have ever a air guns ( big blasters ) in ph system
4- do you have any throtle valves on yout T. pipe .
5- Dopol fan capacity & EP fan capacity .
6- Type of raw mill and mill fan capacity .
7- position of cooling tower ( condition tower ) before or after The Dopol fan ( ID FAN )

hello sir 1- we have six dip pipe in each cyclone(cold strean shorter than hot stream)for example
type A cyclones=hot stream,diam=7000mm,type dip pipe is multi element dip pipe
type B CYCLONES=there are 4 cyclone,design size diam=7000/7000/6630/6290mm,type of dip pipe,some of them mult element and ather are segment
type c cyclone=there 2 cyclones (top cyclones) diam is=6000mm
type dip pipe=one of them multi element and ather is segement dip pipe
2-ID Fan capacity is 346000m^3/h,power=796 kw,speed=990 RPM,static pressure=-65 mbar,ESP Fan speed 740,mill fan 160000m^3/h,speed=990RPM variable speed,static pressure 0 mbar,bag house fan =380000m^3/h power=406kw, static preusser0 mbar
3- type of rwa mill (ball mill)
4-we dont have gas cooling cooling tower
5-we have air blaster in kiln inlet only

Dear Mr. Elwathig
I supposed your main problem starting with your great cooler and i`am sure that cooler havn`t provide adequate Amount of secondary air due to wear of grates net or some other mechanical common problem . that`s make you to increase fuel rate at main burner and pc calcinar , there are no doubt you had clinker in your cyclone .
