COAL FLUSHING PROBLEM

WHY COAL FLUSHING TAKES PLACE WITH THE SAME SYSTEM & RESIDUE & MOISTURE CONTENT OF COAL. COAL MIX IS ALSO SAME. WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO COUNTER THE SAME. SOME TIMES KILN FEED FLUSHES FROM KILN TUBE TO THE END OF THE GRATE COOLER DUE TO THIS FLUSHNG. WHAT IS THE LOGICAL REASON FOR THE SAME? TO STOP SUCH RUSHES OF FEED WE NORMALLY REDUCE THE RPM OF THE KILN & HENCE LOOSE PRODUCTION. IS THERE ANY WAY TO OPERATE WITH COAL FLUSHING & FEED RUSHES WITHOUT REDUCING THE PRODUCTION RAJU

Check the dedusting system of the bin and its extraction system.

can u give more details on what system u have for coal feedign and fine coal storage and what make is that

so that we can think of specific solution

What is coal flushing, please explane what do you mean?

Kiln feed flushing is something else its just becuase of the unbalance draft i mean velocity of the system. If velocity is disturb than such type of Phenomena happens.It could be cause of build ups in TA Duct or it would be due to clogging at Kiln inlet. Please explane your problem.
