From the Heat Balance data, you know the heat required to dry your raw meal and\
for VRM amount of air required ( Mill Fan Capacity ) is 1.2 NM3/Kg Meal from this you know flow required,
Now you calculate the capacity of your furnace or HGP ( Flow and Heat Input )
from which the amount of flow is known and remaining flow is by adjusting your recirculation damper
