Cement Silo Extraction Problem

 We are facing severe extraction of Cement ( PPC ) from silos,

Causes: Air Slide Jams, 

If any one faced the same problem please send me the exercise what to do, and parameters have to monitor during cement mill operation.

 My Blaine: 4200 Sq.Cm/gm

Cement Temp. is also normal

What you need to monitor is the degree of dehydration of the gypsum during cement mill operation.

We got the cement silo cleaned periodically and also replaced the air slides cloth which gets blocked or damaged because of poking over a period of time.

Also, we have provided Air blasters at appropriate locations to silo walls where material accumulations was observed while cleaning.

Because of gypsum dehydration lump formation and jamming problems are experienced.
