Please help me the formula to calculate of shimming thickness for the pads to reduces the migration of the kiln tyre.

As far as I know, there's no formula for this. You have to use some special/external instruments to do this. Doing it on your own is risky, as inaccurate results may be more damaging. I know the feeling when you have to find ways how to solve problems with excessive creep between shell and tyre.
