I HAVE TWO BALL MILLS FOR COAL GRINDING.

(a). 4.6M*2.4M @ 9 tph

(b). 3.9M*2.2M @ 5 tph

BOTH HAVE SEPARATE AUX. FURNACE FOR HOT AIR . IF I HAVE A COMMON HOT AIR SOURCE FROM COOLER WITH 192000M3/HR @ 250 DEG.

CAN I STOP THE AUXILIARY FURNACES?

HOW CAN I CALCULATE THE AMOUNT OF HOT AIR REQUIREMENT FOR MILL OPERATION.

I AM GRINDING PETCOKE + INDIAN COAL (3:1) RATIO IN THE MILLS WITH 4 % ON 90 MIC. SEIVE. MOISURE IN THE COAL IS 12% & PRODUCT MOISTURE IS LESS THAN 1%.

PLEASE SEND ME AN EXCEL SHEET TO CALCULATE THE SAME IN DETAIL AT rajmadhuri1972@yahoo.co.in
