Hello Prisioner,
It depends how you are reclaiming the coal. If you are using manual reclamation by front-end loader into a hopper, the simplest and probably the best is to alternate bucket-loads from each pile into the hopper.

sir we make pile through staker and then throgh reclaimer we do reclaiming. my question is that that how to make pile of different qualities coal to achive beeter mixing. thanks for reply

Hello Prisioner,
It depends on the capabilities of your stacking and reclaiming system.
The ideal situation would be to stack the coal in either a chevron or windrow pattern and reclaim cross-sectionally with either rake or bucked reclaimer.
