Sorry I tried to insert my excel sheet by MS documet Imaging in privious post, but failed.

Within 15 ~ 20 min you can caculate ( with the help of control room reading) heat balance, secondery air flow, temp, heat loss, cooler efficiancy and lots of information which require 5 ~ 10 days to calculate.
