says
Polysius kiln with enlarged inlet..Why?
Hello Cemnet Folks!!
i have a question, Why Polysius prefers to give a kiln with enlarged inlet ( two diameters in tube, One higher diameter near inlet and other lower diameter)
i Know one advantage, this reduces velocity at inlet which aids in potential production/minimizes nuisance dust recirculation at kiln inlet/bottom cyclone
Is there any advantage in chemistry of clinker burning? specially reaction of belite formation/calcination?
