- Plant elevation means ( msl) hight of your plant above sea level. Or tell me your plant location I will check from here.

-  Recheck your blower outlet temperature (200°C) & pressure.

- Reconfirm transport material ( cement ) capacity -  100 Tons per Hour.

ok.my plant location is ewekoro in ogun state south west Nigeria.as for the blower outlet temperature,it ranges in most cases between 180-200 deg. and trips when at 210.the capacity of the sytem is 80 tonne per hour.the density is 1.44tonnes/metre cube.just got these from the laboratory

Check your mail for Excel sheet, I have calculted your Pnumatic conveyor &  found ...

• Transport pipe size may be less ( 10 inch ) to convey 80~ 100 ton of cement.
• Blower high temprature may be due to over feeding or blockage in pipe.
