Dear all,
Is it necessary to make the fine coal re-circulation while plant get shutdown (short or long ). What could be the reason to make the fine coal Re-circulation through the Bin.

Before stopping coal mill for long time, if you dose small amount of fine raw meal into the mill, will make a film of non reacting material between coal & air.To avoid fire inside the bin.
