Asking others for software is useless. One thing I want to clear is that I don't provide the software, but I send you report / software results about your plant.

I have already sent two data entry sheets to you by mail on 4th Jan 2010, but you didn't reply. I feel that you are worried about your plant's privacy. I need only half page information from you and I will provide you all details of your plant.

dear sir ! our kiln is 5000tpd and 5*80 meters (d/l ),we frequently getting redspot around 15 to 20 meters area.can we save the kiln by adjusting of flame .if possible what should    be the adjustments.please will u help me to over come this problem.thanking you. my email :tonypeter83@yahoo.com
