Some points to reduce heat consumption.
- Reduce heat of formation.
- Increase liquid phase.
- Optimize your cooler.
- Reduce infiltration air mainly above kiln inlet.
- Reduce heat loss by radiation.
- If process permit reduce primary air & transport air.
- Burner pipe optimization
- If possible increase cooling zone in kiln.
- Reduce excess air at kiln backend.
