Hand Burning problem

Dear Sir many time we receive complaints of Hand Burning in our PPC Cement ( Flyash Based) can you please suggest what can be done to overcome this problem. Analysis of Cement CaO=45.42 MgO=2.06 SO3=2.86 LOI=2.36 IR=26.58 Free Lime=1.47 Na2O=0.36 K2O=1.03 Kindly give your valuable comments regards dilip yadav

Dear Mr. Dilip,

Please clarify “Hand Burning problem” and recheck cement Cao – 45.42. Mr. Yadav, you are vary lucky that your plant (Shree Cement) has reports of my GURU Mr. Larson & Mr. G.P. Kotiyal. Once go through it.
