Raw Mill main drive

Dear Experts,

We change the NDE bearing of raw mill main drive (3.3 MW) , with decouple condition it was taking 74-76 Amps while coupled with Raw mill (No load) it was taking 27 Amp. This low amps are not digestible to me. Any body help me to avaluate this low Amps.
