what is the relation between cyclone dia & its feed pipe dia?

I want to know that is there any relation between cyclone diameter and its feed pipe diameter? between kiln diameter and cooler inlet size and width?

As such there is no fixed relation exists between diameter of cyclone and it's feed pipe (however this lies between 0.1 D to 0.3 D ).Yes kiln diameter and width of a cooler plays very important role. As a rule to have higher recuperation efficiency width of a cooler should be only slightly higher than the dia of kiln (to have a better clinker distribution,the word slightly cannot be defined, its only experiance that dictates)
