Cooling Schedule

hey friends,

Our kiln is 5000 tpd kiln with 5 stages preheater, pc, & grate cooler. Can anyone tell me what is the cooling schedule for this type of kilns. What i mean is what should be the cooling degree per hour for smoke chamber? after how many hours can we stop ID fan? what about Cooler fans? how many hours the cooling should be for this kiln??

I need these Information and cooling schedule urgentlyyy

We usually cool for 24 hours, and the ID-fan(s) are running to remove the heat. After 24 hours you should be able to go into the kiln without performing a tap dance.

~24 hours and turning as prescribed to avoid getting a banana shaped kiln ;-)
