Can anybody tell me about how to calculate the Overal Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and what is the operational range.

Do you mean KPI's like RF (reliability factor), PF (productivity factor) .... ?

Dear sir,
KPI, PF etc,... and OEE about each equipment like crusher, ball mills, vrm, kiln etc,...
It will give total efficiency about the equipment.

OEE is of two types one is Gross OEE and the 2nd is Net OEE.
OEE gross (%) = Gross availability index(%) x Production rate index(%) x Quality index(%)
Quality index(%)=1 (due to insignificant final product reject)
OEE net(%) = Net Availability index(%) x Production rate index(%) x Quality index(%)
again quality index you can take 1
