Our burning zone temperature graph is wavy in nature. in an hour the temperature gradually decreases and after sometimes without any action starts rising again....what can be the reasons...kindly share.

After reading your query, it isn't lucid, whether the amplitide of fluctuation is very high or miniscule? (if it is +/- 20 - 30 C it's absolutely normal, I presume it to bigger amy be +/- 70 C).
There are several ways how a burning zone temperature is measured ? comenly used underlying maxims are:
1. Using Back end (inlet zone) NOx
2. Using kiln torque (the other new techniques includes optical pyrometry)
Using Back end (inlet zone) NOx : NOx generation is proportional to burnign zone temperature, hence burning zone temperature (BZT) increase with increase in NOx content at back end and vice versa.
The relation between NOx generation and BZT is is not universal, but plant chemistry dependent, however it is advisable (if your BZT is based on this technique) to re-caliberate your analyser with OEM..(Continued See last paragraph..)
Using Kiln torque : The load in kiln (liquied mass sticked on kiln walls) is represented by kiln turning load (torque),Torque generally increase as mass inside kiln gets sticker, which inturn is due to higher temperature and vice versa.
Note: Neither of the above mentioned methods depicts accurate picture, however the trend should be unchanged if everything is normal.
Solution : The above mentioned methods are highly clinker chemistry depended, make sure your 1. Liquid content is stable. 2. All chemical modulli are consistant 3. Ther are no surges in fuel firing line. 4. Most importantly there is no malfunction in instrument.
