REQUIRED FRESH AIR FOR PH GASES COOLING
DEAR ALL
I AM GETTING 440000 M3/HR AT 200 DEG PREHAETER EXIT GASES AFTER WHR BOILER TO BE SENT TO ESP FAN PLACED BEFORE ESP.
MY EXISTING ESP FAN LOAD IS 290KW AT 88% SPEED .
I WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH FREASH AIR IS REQUIRED TO COOL THE GASES FROM 200 TO 130 DEG AT FAN INLET SO THAT I CAN IMPROVE ESP PERFORMANCE BY COOLING OF GASES?
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO FAN POWER & LOAD?
IF I DO IT BY WATER THAN QUANTITY OF WATER REQUIRED? WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO FAN LOAD & SPEED?
CAN I DO SPRAY IN THE FAN INLET DUCT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM?
WHAT SIZE OF DUCT IS REQUIRED FOR THE WATER SPRAY?
THANKS
