Wet kiln HCL and SO2 emission absorption

Are there any experience reports for the rate of absorption (HCL, SO2) of a wet kiln system?

In additional - roughly, what's the max. substitution rate for alternative fuel (SMW)?

Kiln system: wet kiln, gas fired
