Hello Armankhan,
I would think that the degree of aeration of the cement as it falls on the belt would have a lot to do with its flowability and of course the slope of the belt and degree of vibration. Also the amount of flyash in the cement, decreased fineness and use of certain grinding aids could increase the flowability of the cement.
It sounds like a cement powder pump would be a better option than a conveyor belt in your case.
Regards,
Ted.

Dear mr. Aman
The back spillage of cement may occure while discharging through chute to belt conveyor to avoid this pl. check the chute if chute is discharging material vertically over belt in that case material may rush in all directions. so chute should be inclined enough (45 to 55 deg ) to belt and have some horizontal lip.Besides this use modular skirt system in chute. hope this may solve ur. problem
