kiln bypass calculations in cement plant

dear all

what is the maxm. limit of bottom stage cyclone material composition going to white clinker kiln of K2o,Na2O,Cl,SO3?

What concentrations at should we get from bottom stage cyclone & in the bypass material  for smooth operation & why?

Normally we get 2-3 times the conc.of bottom cyclone material in bypass but why? Both should be same?
